Content Creator/Social Media Manager

We are seeking a passionate and talented Content Creator/Social Media Manager to join our team on a voluntary basis. As a content creator and social media manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our organization’s initiatives, raising awareness about our cause, and engaging our target audience through various social media platforms. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities:  

  1. Content Creation:
    • Develop compelling and creative written, visual, and multimedia content to be shared across social media platforms.
    • Write engaging blog posts, articles, and newsletters related to child education and our organization’s initiatives.
    • Create captivating graphics, images, and videos to enhance social media posts and website content.
  2. Social Media Management:
    • Manage and maintain our organization’s presence on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) to effectively engage with our audience.
    • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase our organization’s reach, visibility, and impact.
    • Monitor social media trends and industry news to ensure our content is timely, relevant, and aligned with current best practices.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries received through social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Community Engagement:
    • Foster an online community by encouraging dialogue, sharing relevant content, and responding to comments and questions from our audience.
    • Collaborate with other team members to organize online events, campaigns, and contests to engage our followers and supporters.
    • Identify and reach out to influencers, partners, and like-minded organizations to expand our network and collaborative opportunities.
  4. Performance Analytics:
    • Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of our content and campaigns.
    • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for improving our social media presence.
